Staromestske nam.

The main square of the city in Staro Mesto, on which life has been in full swing since the 12th century. Even in those days, a large market worked here, where various goods were delivered to the Vltava. The ancient buildings surrounding the square are very well preserved, as they were able to avoid large-scale destruction during the Second World War (except for the Town Hall building). Thanks to this, today tourists can admire wonderful examples of Gothic and Baroque.
