If you are really wishing to take a picture while inside, please, be discreet so you do not attract attention of both the people working in there and the visitors- both could get upset since photography is somehow banned inside Orthodox churches. Read more »wiki, it was the site of a terrorist Attack in 1925. It’s then being renovated to leave no traces of the Attack. Other than that, it’s definitely worth a visit. It’s incredible more on the inside, which in Bulgaria - they believe that for respect, it’s better not to take photos inside the cathedral. So I only managed to have outside which already magnificent. Along this cathedral, you’ll see more tourist sites within the area as it’s considered central area.
