The project of the park was created by the Czech master A. Novak in the 19th century. This picturesque garden on the seashore has long been a favorite place for walking and measured relaxation. Alleys of the square stretch along the coast, along them are flower beds, fountains and sculptures. There is a terrarium, a zoo, a dolphinarium, a sports complex, a planetarium and several museums. The park even has its own beach.

It was a fantastic place to visit, everything is geared towards families, from young children to teenagers. From funfairs to frogs to museums and a planetarium. You definitely need more than two days to see it all.

It’s called the Sea Garden of Varna, the longest and biggest among the costal cities in Bulgaria. Dated more than a century ago it’s a most desirable place for a chilled stroll , especially in the summer when the temperatures are booming hot.
Beautifully laid flowers 🌸with some monuments of national heroes around the garden. The most remarkable monument is the tall standing communist statue called The Panteon in the victory of anti Nazis heroes 🦸♀️. There are several activity along the garden such as Dolphinarium with dolphins 🐬performance throughout the day . A small zoo with a bear 🐻 and a huge children play area with a lot of different attractions most of them are paid. In the play area it’s a small pond like lake with a pedal boats , popular with children .
Few restaurants and not to be missed the summer theatre 🎭, wonderful place for different performances in summer .
There is a small outdoor stage for tiny performance 🎭 such as instrumental concerts and singing, it’s called the Shell 🐚 for its form .
For the sport lovers there are couple of tennis courts and basketball 🏀

The sea gardens is always amazing in the summer, they host various activities for kids and adults and have a night market in August. It's a quite beautiful park with an incredible view of the sea, but there's certainly a lack of upkeep. The weeds get in the way of the views, the grass looks dry and unkempt. Huge and well maintained. Perfect for long walks. It is fine even noon time due to the fact that tall trees throw shade over the alleys.
