Monument to Stalevarov

Interestingly, there is a market nearby, offering a decent selection of goods, even though it may have fewer sellers on a Monday. The steelmaker depicted in the monument often appears to be checking his watch, perhaps eagerly awaiting the end of his shift. It is a relief that the monument does not feature Lenin, as many similar statues have been removed or toppled elsewhere.
