The collection appeared in 1923 thanks to a group of enthusiasts. It consists of marine uniforms, ship models, insignia and ship guns. The exhibits are located in 12 rooms. First of all, the exposition will be interesting to lovers of naval military subjects and people who are simply interested in ships. The museum has a library with a rich book fund.

It's a nice little museum. The ticket price is 8 for adult and 2 for students. Expect to spend 30-60 mins depending on how much you read. Everything has English and Bulgarian descriptions.

The museum feels haphazardly put together. They damaged historical value with bad paint jobs. It's worth visiting if you keep your expectations moderate. The price is reasonable, but the saying "You get what you paid for" applies.

We had a guided tour which was informative but unfortunately the guide's English needed some work. You can get a lot more information in Bulgarian and if you ask questions, because the staff is very knowledgeable. The exposition does not compare.. Read more » well to other naval museums around the world, but it has a few points of interest. I give the 4th star with the hope that the garden exposition would be cleaned and the machines would be open for the public to visit. In fact, that would make a more expensive ticket worth it.

Excelent place. Outside and inside too. Nice exposition of Naval history. My children and me were fully satisfied. Price is not do high. No cards accepted!!
