It is created by ukranian architects for shows symbol of peace between ukraine and russia. But middle of monument was scratched upon war started. It was moderating when i went. You should visit there if you visit Kiev.

After passing love bridge you must see the arch, there is a terrace that is a good scenic point. I liked the arch during winter time but there still construction on it. And ice there very slippery. If you continue left u might reach a very nice look church and statue of queen. Oh behind arch there city view with river take a photo.

Great place to have a walk, relax or spend some time with friends. The view over the city is gorgeous. If you want to avoid big crowds I recommend going there in the morning

Must see spot in Kiev. A (partially) glass bridge with a stunning view of the river and the city on the far side. The surrounding park is very nice too. Spend an afternoon walking around. Plenty of stands to get food, coffee, ice cream, lemonade, etc.. Read more ».

I enjoyed this sight by day and night. Night after dark being the nicer. Seeing the city by light. Buskers around that you can just loose track off time enjoying there arts. Segway tours start from here also. Stunning beautiful and heart warming is this place.

Temporary art object at the People's Friendship Arch -Marman. Ukrainian art project Marman was chosen to participate on a festival "Burning man" 2022? Amount thousands applications only 59 were selected, and only one, from Ukraine ! .. Read more » The art-piece is a wooden sculpture of a half visible swimmer. "This installation is dedicated to people who lost their way in the life and people who deliberately choose their path, sometimes wrong and challenging but still leading them to the future." The figure is illuminated from the inside at night time and is used as a bench or sunbed . During a warm sunny day  it would be possible to chill around, because this art object provides some shade.

This is one of the must see place in Kiev. This area is mostly crowded and it has nice river view. It should be seen both during day time and night. Area is pretty safe. Amazing place to go for a walk and see the view of great city of Kyiv. I loved the Arc of International Friendship which got cracked in 2014 after Russian invasion ?. The Friendship of Nations Monument is a giant metal parabola celebrating the 1654 'unification' of Russia and Ukraine. It's on an elevated plaza with great views of the Dnipro and Kyiv's left (east) bank. Under the arch is a socia.. The new pedestrian bridges connect the park to other key parks, greatly improving the running and bicycling opportunities in the area.
