I was really frustrated that this happened as I had to work since I arrived and only checked in the room at night and realized this fact late as no one at front desk explained to me this fact.
I had to call to express my concern and the guy on phone mentioned it is a queen room not special needs room, next day the hotel duty manager called me but after I checked out to apologise thinking that his team did explain to me that this was a special needs room and offered an alternative, which didn't happen and seems they lied about that too to him.
Breakfast service is poor, I asked for tea, he went and disappeared and forgot all about me, my friends had to ask for tea next day and been served coffee instead.
It is those specific moments that makes your stay from a great one to a miserable and disappointing one.

In the fee you also get 55 AED to food or beverages. It's incredible and worth visiting

Visited the Observation deck as a part of a tour. You can walk around the entire building and get to see some of Abu Dhabi’s attractions from above (Presidential Palace, Emirates Palace etc); the view is nice, but it was not as spectacular as B.. I recommend to reserve in advance so that there will be smooth entry .

5 towers placed one next to each other. They have diffrent shapes and look so nice. the arhitecture is diffrent but so in harmony. Every one of them is a pice of art. You can see this nice view from the top. I really enjoyed it ☺️.

Lucky enough to spend 7 nights at this beautiful place (the 5 star hotel) recently (March 2019). Impressive and spacious lobby, in fact all areas were spacious and have a high quality luxury fit out. Nice rooms with all trimmings. Great views from .. Read more »upper floors. Staff excellent, helpful and made us welcome. Buffet food was of very high standard and there were endless choices. That the lifts were often busy would be my only negative. Great location on the beach, nice pool with bar.

I went to the Observation Deck which is on 74th floor of one of the Towers. You have a great view of Presidential Palace, Emirates Palace Hotel and Marina Mall area.
Nowadays the entrance is for free but you must consume minimum 15USD which are actua.. Read more »lly worthy.
One problem they have is that the windows are covered by a dust layer and with the humidity forms like mud so you don't have a 100% clear view. Another (by time of my visit) was that they were having water leaks coming from the ceiling in one of the areas which actually was blocked for public (fortunately it was not on the side of the great view)

Stayed here for a week while holidaying in Abu Dhabi and the hospitality that I received was first class every one was friendly and willing to go the extra mile. The room it self was brilliant it was a family suite with ample space almost like a pen.. Read more »thouse in the sky with the view we had on the 49th floor. Little touches like rose petals on the bed to celebrate a birthday that I had whilst on holiday makes all the difference.
Would highly recommend this place to all friends and family.
