There is a lift but after the lift you need to climb a few stairs. They are narrow but not a difficult climb. The view is amazing of the city and the sea both sides but you can’t see the big sculpture from the top of course.

Arco da Rua Augusta in Lisbon, regardless of the time you visit it, is absolutely splendid. Lovely arc. You can't miss it if you visit Lisbon. Lots of places around to have a drink and eat something and great atmosphere. We walked through it several times while we were there and every time it was breathtaking.
