A large park area in the North-East of the capital with numerous exhibition pavilions, well-groomed alleys, fountains, cafes, concert venues. VDNH is one of the most popular weekend destinations for citizens. Here you can visit the oceanarium, the historic pavilion, innovative exhibitions, farmers' markets, a theater and even a "port" with a pool and a beach. At VDNH there are many cyclists, skaters and other athletes.

It was amazing experience to see the different countries' culture which were once part of Russia. Amazing amusement park and displays. Great for knowing history of Russia. Spare almost 2-3 hours to see the complete the exhibition.
Very Very well done , after the Fall of USSR and birth of Russia still they sheriff the memories of all the States in a resplendent manner in the Exibition center , wonderful setting in a large place displaying all its cultural flavors

This is a nice place to walk around, but more than half of the buildings are closed for renovation. The fountains and landscaping were beautiful. But, the cable cars were not operational and there was 3/4 of a ferris wheel. I don't know if they .. Read more »

Great place to get outside. Pleasant walk with some gorgeous fountains and buildings. Many if the buildings are undergoing restoration, but there's still plenty to see and experience.
Be ready to walk a lot!!! Food and souvenirs are quite expensive here. Nevertheless this place is worth seeing because of it's beautiful buildings and monuments and interesting exhibitions! Some of the exhibitions are hidden in the deep of the .. Read more »

It was nice a quiet when we visited. They were setting up the ice rink ready for winter. I imagine it would be quite nice to there on a snowy day, taking pictures of all the beautifully designed buildings.

It's hard to describe the extent of the gradeur and nationalism embodied in this most excessive and beautiful of places in Moscow. I imagine somehow a small percentage of tourists from outside Russia make it here, but it is certainly worth it. J.. Read more »
Getting better, but still some places are in mess, some are still belonging to private owners, like one castle on a lake, disgusting buildings with cafes and mcdonald's. On a bright side, the bigger part of the buildings is very well restored. O.. Read more »
It's a standing remembrance during the Soviet Union time. It is a historical place. I've got to see the beautiful building designs from tue different countries who were members during that period.

Good place to visit. It has many locations and nice views. It's good to know Russian language or have someone who knows, in order to get the benifits of understanding of the different places here.
