Optimal temperature is also maintained independently. The name "Cucumber" was fixed behind the tower because of the round conical shape of the roof.

We got €3 off for a Black Friday deal and can honestly say it’s the best €12 we spent in Barcelona. There were about 4 other people on the deck with us so there was plenty of chance to look out of the windows at the breath taking views. I’d highly recommend coming here.

As far as office buildings go this one is pretty nice, but its still an office building, and when compared to places like the Sagrada Familia or even the gothic churches of Barcelona, it appears simplistic and uninspired. The entrance is in the small glass building next to the main building and they are connected underground. The second part of the visit was nice as well. Adventurous people should climb the Cloud Cities sculpture (not included in the basic ticket). The duration of the visit is about one hour (basic ticket), but can be done faster if you don't have that much time.
