Admiralty Building

The construction on the banks of the Neva, which is located on the site of the first shipyard in the Baltic Sea. The building was built in the architectural style of the Russian Empire. The ship’s figure crowning the Admiralty’s spire is one of the symbols of the Northern capital. Under Peter I there was a real fortress that protected the shipyard during the Northern War. Since 2012, the Admiralty has been hosting the headquarters of the command of the Russian Navy.
