It's a tiny international airport mainly for Ryanair flights. Our flight was delayed for a few hours and there was not much space for seats. Most people were on the floor. There was only one or two toilets .. Read more »in the boarding area. Very slow WiFi.
The staff were really friendly/supportive but would recommend to avoid this.

A very small, dark airport. At the security check you have to take almost everything out of your backpacks. Liquids must be in a transparent plastic bag (if you don't have one, you'll be asked to buy more).

Waited for hours in a hundred plus meter queue for security as you can see in photo, also bins don't separate paper from plastic etc garbage. Furthermore the toilets seemed like abandoned and were not enough for the people that were waiting. Also half of the stores to buy gifts were closed even though there were many flights arrivals at that time of the day. Finally the security staff was rude and was treating you like a criminal 🤢🤮.

Once you are through there is very little shops and room to sit. If you are travelling to the uk or another country that requires passport control I’d head through straight away (turn left) as there are only 2 gates with limited room/seating

Europeanizo does not respect the European rules imposed by law on the transport of liquids. across Europe you have 1 liter in a small bag. at this airport they oblige you to use the small bag with less than a liter. when ask.. Toilets could be better, not too clean but not too bad. One minus thing is that in the waiting area after the security, there are literally not enough chairs for people to sit so some people just have to sit on the floor. Anyway, the connection to Warsaw center is pretty easy. There are three ways I guess, direct bus (more expensive? Idk), taxi (obviously expensive) and the bus and train option. So you buy the ticket at the arrival gate, just in front of it and then the ticket will include the shuttle bus from the airport to Modlin train station. It costs around 22 zloty. From Modlin train station, it takes around 40/50 minutes to reach Warsaw and the train stops at many points in the city center so plan which stop is the closest to your hotel.

This airport is small.... Only one checked bag area for all departures with many staff so it goes quite quickly.

There is a duty free one you pass security asking with food and coffee stand. It gets quite busy by your gate and not enough seating so prepare to stand or sit on the floor.

Read more »shops. Flights are delayed, not enough personnel at the security check in, so it is super slow. When flights are delayed - there is never information about for how long. It is always a nightmare to be here. And the way pictures look - it is always like this at every square meter of the airport.

My experience was absolutely horrible.
"Because of the pandemic", it was more chaotic than normal.
The organization was the worst that I have ever seen.
We couldn't even check in our luggage since our flight would leave within half an .. Read more »hour.
Even then, we tried our best to push ourselves through to get there in time.
Me and my family of course did not make it in time, so did about thirty to forty other people that had their luggage on board but could not get on.
About two other flights had the same problem.
I hope that it will change, because it really does need to.
