A garden for the white petit bourgeoisie that lives in the first district. It's often too much noisy and you'll have a hard time in finding a quiet spot to relax. The water is just gross, green because of the pollution, it isn't uncomm.. Read more »on to spot some huge rat going around the park and the nearby canal. Since the city lacks of green areas, after all what can you do, you can still visit it from time to time. I never stayed more than a half an hour though
