St. Anastasia Island is an awesome and very interesting place to visit. It offers an amazing view and a relaxing environment. The island features a nice interactive museum and an old church, both of which are worth a visit. One must-try item is the Tarama havier. Despite being a small island with not much to see, the serenity and beauty make it a worthwhile trip. There is a neat restaurant where you can enjoy delicious food, and sometimes you may even get lucky and see the main exhibit for free if the staff is absent. The chapel on the island is also a pleasant sight. The boat trip to the island is a blast in itself. Although there aren't many places to visit on the island, it is a really relaxing place to spend some time. The cold tea is also refreshing. If you travel with kids, they can have fun searching for the hidden pirate treasure. St. Anastasia Island is a great half-day sightseeing destination, with its museum and church being must-visit attractions. Despite its small size, the island is rich in history and charm, offering beautiful views. The restaurant on the island serves very good, fresh seafood. If you happen to visit during the herbs festival on June 24th, you will also get to experience a small local business bazaar. Overall, it is a beautiful place to spend some time, and if you have the opportunity to visit, it is a must-see.

The boat takes 30 minutes to get to the island. You have two hours to explore it, which us perfectly fine because the island is very small. There is a museum, a church and a restaurant. Neither is worth visiting, unfortunately. Still the views are gr.. Read more »

The atmosphere of this island felt when the last group of tourists left at 20:00. Suddenly the island woke up. With the dull noise of the engines of the last boat with tourists, the song of the birds that had overcame the crowd began to intensify. Th.. Read more »
