Excursions in Odessa catacombs

"Excursions in Odessa catacombs" is an amazing experience that my husband and I had in Odessa. We joined a guided tour with both locals and tourists, and although the guide spoke mostly in Russian, they were very informative and entertaining. The whole tour lasted around 2-3 hours and at one point, our group sat together at a long table, enjoying tea, hard liquor, and delicious priyaniki with the locals. It was a truly fantastic experience and a must-do in Odessa! This excursion is suitable for both locals and tourists, providing a unique and memorable experience. While it may not be perfect, it is still highly recommended. However, it is important to note that the actual location of the catacombs may be different from what is indicated on maps, as it is actually situated outside the city. Despite this discrepancy, we had a great time exploring the catacombs. The highlight of the tour was undoubtedly the incredible guide who made the experience even more enjoyable. However, it is worth mentioning that the tour did not delve into the history of the criminal world and its use of the catacombs, which may be a missed opportunity for those interested in such aspects. It is important to be aware that the location of the catacombs may not be accurately portrayed.
