The Museum of Lesya Ukrainka is a must-visit destination for anyone interested in the life and work of the renowned Ukrainian poetess. Located near the Nechimne tract, where Lesya Ukrainka drew inspiration for her famous Forest Song, the museum offers a unique insight into her creative process.
Although some of the authentic exhibits have been temporarily evacuated for safekeeping due to the ongoing war, the museum still holds a wealth of valuable artifacts and information. Visitors are highly recommended to explore the museum with a tour guide, who will bring the exhibits to life with their extensive knowledge and passion for Lesya Ukrainka.
The entire complex is beautifully designed, with a nearby park and ample parking space for visitors. The museum is easily accessible from the highway, making it a convenient stop for travelers. Additionally, there is a souvenir shop where visitors can purchase mementos of their visit.
While some visitors have expressed a desire for a more sincere and immersive exhibition, overall, the museum is commended for its impressive restoration efforts and the dedication of its staff. The museum showcases not just Lesya Ukrainka's life but also her family's, providing a comprehensive understanding of her work.
Unfortunately, some visitors have missed out on experiencing the museum due to its closing time, but it is highly recommended to make time for a few hours to fully appreciate the museum's offerings. Whether you are traveling from Lutsk to the Carpathians or exploring the Lesya Ukrainka Paths tour, the Museum of Lesya Ukrainka is a place that should not be missed.

The whole complex is undoubtedly beautiful, but there are not many people. Guides actually "live" Lesya and can tell you everything about it
