Experienced a restaurant in that hotel, and was really impressed by the high level of service. Personnel did a great job serving all the meals to our group of 30 persons. Rooms comfortable but bathroom very small. No English Channels on the TV. Overpowering Ukranian decor. Mattresses will have to replaced soon due to guests sitting on bed damaging the mattresses.

Star of the show is breakfast. Very original and and cut above the rest.

The hotel itself is nice and comfortable with a good breakfast and friendly staff. However, the personnel in the restaurant on the terrace tried to cheat us. They delivered cheaper brandy than ordered and charged 10 percent more than the price in the.. Read more » menu. That was a real disappointment considering that it is a five star hotel. Definitely my last stay in that hotel, fortunately there are other good options available in Lviv.

No swimming pool or Spa as it is a historic building but it is called Resort !

Dear Management, please teach your staff how to communicate with the clients properly. We called front desk asking if the restaurant inside the hotel is working. The lady said "how am I supposed to know?" and hang up. Unacceptable rudeness.

Wonderful historic building & stay!! The food is fantastic & the decor superb. The staff were friendly & helpful. Super quiet rooms, as you might expect in an old fortress. Great view from the top floor too.
