It's pretty dirty. The mirrors are certainly old. I wasn't able to find a toilet paper. No charging station for your devices.

Signage for Food and beverage is not great and staff may not be able to help you with a particular place location. Note that concourse A is separate from concourse B and C and there is no indoor pedestrian connection. You need to get to indoor train from lower level to get to B and C from A.
Plenty of staff are at hand to help with you for your connection flight. They know English and they are courteous and helpful. Signage for gates are great. Immigration can be a challenge and I have seen long lines and slow process at times.
