I was sick and had to spend 3 nights in that room. I asked for a replacement but the hotel was full. I think they should state what type of a room we book. When the hotel was available the staff were so kind and helpful to change our room. Now we are updated to a perfect room with a balcony. The breakfast salon is smaller than hotel capacity. When the hotel is full, might be a little too crowded over there. I want to especially thank “Margarita” for being so understanding and nice towards our request ??

I would rate five stars, if the central air worked to keep the room cooler. Guests must open the window in the winter, or the rooms get uncomfortably hot. The rooms are well appointed and clean.
